Cross Country

Coaches: Janet Brown, Mike Klucker, and Ellie Poole

Practice Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, 2:30-3:30pm (athletes must attend 2 of the 3 practices to be eligible to compete each week)

FIRST PRACTICE- Tuesday, Sept. 10-- The Athlete Registration Form must be submitted online, and both the Athletic Participation Physical Exam form and the Emergency Care Form must be completed and turned in to Mr. Bair (Quad 4 OR Main Office "Athletics" Mailbox) before you can begin practicing.

Note: Athletes will ride the team bus to each meet, departing from LJMS, near door #5.

An interest meeting for student athletes was held after school on Monday, September 9th in the MPR.  CLICK HERE to access the slides shared at that meeting.  Reach out to Mr. Bair with any questions.

Athlete Registration

All athletes must be registered in order to participate in Middle School Athletics.  The registration form can be found here.

Athletic Participation Physical Exam

Athletes must turn in a completed  FCPS Middle School Sports Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Physical Examination Form (PPE). The exam must be completed by a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant. Please note that the form must be dated on or after May 1, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year.

Emergency Care Form

All athletes must have turned in an Emergency Care Form in order to participate in Middle School Athletics.  The form can be found here.
